1. What You Can Have: Water, green tea, diet sodas (or any other zero-calorie liquids), sugar-free gum, and veggies (when you get really desperate).
2. You don't HAVE to post your stats but PLEASE post your starting date and update on your weight loss and what you have consumed.
3. Remember that this is just the beginning, after the four-days it will be much easier. So please continue to update on your progress or any other trials that you may have encountered.
